This 7 inch Santoku makes an incredible all around chef’s knife in the kitchen. A Santoku is a traditional Japanese chef’s knife, usually having a flat cutting edge. I put a Grakka spin on it and created a slight rock that transitions nicely into a flatter cutting edge. This is a great daily driver for vegetables and meat!

Made with 1084 high carbon steel and upcycled hardwood handle. Note that this specific handle will likely not be the wood that will come with your knife. Please fill out form at checkout for more preference options.
